Q: Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

A: Order can be cancelled before the order is shipped. Please email us with your cancellation request. You will get full refund once the order is cancelled. 

Q: When will my order be shipped ?

A: Your order will be shipped out of our warehouse within 1-2 business days. In rare cases, such as hot selling of a product, it is out of stock, we will contact you with new delivery dates. You can cancel the order if you are not satisfied with the new dates.

Q: How can we contact you and track my order ?

A: You can use the contact us form. Or head over to Track your order page and submit your order enquiry. 

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

A: Normally for FedEx ground from our warehouse in Phoenix, AZ it would take 5-10 business days to reach its destination.

Q: Defective Product ?
A: If the product is DOA (Defective On Arrival), please contact us for a refund or replacement.
