(3) After confirming the return, We will send your own return authorization (RMA) number and return address to you by email.
(4) The customer needs to send the package and its tracking number back to us within 7 calendar days.
(5) If Favvosee is responsible for shipping, we will refund shipping and payment to your original payment method.
(6) If you need an exchange, we will resend you a new item with a new tracking number.
